Welcome. I appreciate your interest in the 2012 judicial races, and my campaign for judge of the Eighth District Court of Appeals. As I travel around Cuyahoga County listening to the concerns of citizens just like you, the one thing I hear most often is this: “When it comes to voting for judges, I just leave the ballot blank. How can I make a decision when I don’t know anything about these people?” And others comment: “I just vote for a familiar name. That sentiment is the moving force behind this website. Here, you’ll find answers to your questions about me and the Eighth District Court of Appeals. And as you learn about both, you’ll ultimately conclude that I am more than just a name: I’m the best candidate to serve you – the residents of Cuyahoga County and the citizens of Ohio – as one of the twelve judges who make up that court. Not only do I have a strong work ethic, I am the only candidate with extensive private and public appellate expertise to hit the ground running on the first day in office. My many qualifications also include my highest priorities: commitment to the rule of law and improvement of the judicial system.
